It is a memory that is burned into my mind. I grew up in Pryor, I had been all over Mayes County. I actually went to court one day with my mother to see GLH.

Crime scene protection was not as important then as it is today. They just wanted blood for typing, not DNA. There has been many, many cases when police/reporters/whoevers march through a crime scene. I am sure it was protected as well as it could have been then. I think GLH did it, but he had to have had help....someone has gotten away with this for years, but I am sure they are dead. The problem is, growing up there, I know how the population will keep its mouth shut to protect one of their own.
