I like your website That's a nice map and timeline.

Something I didn't notice on your map is Susan Emery's return to the Kiowa unit and counselor's tent. In the book page 10 it indicates that she returned around 11 pm and it was so dark she couldn't see her hand in front of her face. I mention that because it seems odd that so much activity was happening prior to that time and after, but at 11 pm it seemed all was dark and quiet in the unit.

I wonder when Carla went outside to get the giggling girls to go to sleep and she checked tent 6 if that was when one girl saw someone. I've never been able to confirm which tent Kim Lewis was in. (I'm still reading the topics so maybe it is in there somewhere).

It says in the book on page 9 that tent 7 is the tent where the man looked into the tent (with a repaired flap where they had put the line on the tent) that was around 2 am when the light appeared in the kiowa unit.

I wonder about time recollections though especially from little girls. It was 1977 the girls were sleeping in tents I don't recall anyone saying they had clocks in their tents or that a little girl would have even looked at the clock. But it indicates the girl in tent 7 seen the man look into the repaired tent and this is stated after it is stated that a light appeared in the Kiowa unit around 2 am. (page 9)


I may find the clarifications for these things the more I read. Everyone here and on your website seems to have compiled a lot of information. At this time though I wanted to post what I thought wasn't on your map because I will probably forget to mention it later if I don't find clarification. Please don't be offended. You will know better than I if I'm wrong. I'm basing it on what is written in the book and not on court testimony. (I haven't found that part yet)
